Archana Kothapalli has been passionate about supporting and working with the youth of country and believes in “being the change that you wish to see”, in the true sense. 

An IT Professional with 16+ years of management experience across some of the leading tech companies, she completed her graduation in Bachelor of Engineering from JNU (Hyderabad) and is currently pursuing MBL from the prestigious National Law School of India University, Bengaluru. A born multi-tasker, she has donned different hats in both – her professional and personal life, including that of a supportive wife and devoted mother. A recipient of the President’s Award for her performance in Kuchipudi, Archana has actively pursued extra-curricular and community development activities right from her schooling days. 

As a co-founder of SocialMynds, her mission is to work with the youth of our country and transform their lives using the life skills approach. 

A Management Professional with more than 17 years of industry experience across different sectors including Sport, Mahesh Reddy co-founded SocialMynds to further his passion of contributing towards community development. 

He holds an Advanced Masters in Sports Administration from the International Academy of Sports Science and Technology (Switzerland) and happens to be the first Indian to have been chosen for the prestigious Football Management Program offered by UEFA. Incidentally, he also happens to hold the rare distinction of having worked across geographies on some of the most popular international sporting assignments including the one at United Nations Office on Sport for Development and Peace, Geneva. Mr. Reddy is now closely associated with the CSR movement in India. As a Consultant, he is involved in the designing, planning and implementation of impactful CSR Programs for various Indian business groups.
